  • Dr. Rahul Sharma, SDMH Alumini was awarded the ‘Best Scientific Paper Award’ for his presentation on ‘Effect of Posterior Condylar offset and Posterior Tibial Slope in Maximal Knee Flexion in Posterior Stabilized TKA’ at the IAACON 2016 held in New Delhi.

 

  • Dr. Gaurav Garg, Assistant Professor at S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur was selected for the POSI – Prof. Wilkins Inland Travelling Fellowship 2017. The fellowship is awarded to two candidates every year by the Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India.

 

  • Dr. Rajat Jangir, Assistant Professor, at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Jaipur, was selected by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the Athlete Medical Doctor (Sports Physician) at RIO 2016 Olympics.

 

  • Dr. Karan Sharma, Consultant Knee Surgeon at Jaipur Hospital, Jaipur was invited to speak on ‘Recent Advances in Infected Knees’ for the 3rd Annual World Orthopedic Congress (WCORT 2016) held in Seoul, South Korea in September ‘2016.

 

  • Dr. Naveen Sharma, Consultant arthroscopy surgeon at Mewar hospital, Jaipur won the GOLD MEDAL at the IASCON 2016 held in Kolkata.

 

  • Dr. Mohan Mantri Elected as Vice President of Indian Orthopaedics Association (IOA).

 

  • Dr. Karan Sharma , Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Jaipur Hospital, Jaipur will be presenting an Oral paper on ‘Comparative analysis of medical and lateral parapatellar approach for Total Knee replacement with valgus deformity’ at the SICOT World Orthopaedic Congress to be held at Rome in September’2016.

 

  • Dr Gaurav Garg, Assistant professor at S.M.S Medical College, Jaipur was awarded Danish Traveling Fellowship by SICOT in Paediatric Spine surgery at Aarhus University, Denmark which will commence in December ‘2016. His paper on ‘Clinical outcomes of management of Rocker bottom deformity in clubfoot’ has been selected for the SICOT World Orthopaedic Congress to be held at Rome in September’2016.
